Answers:
You could try consulting a personal trainer. He/she might be able to better advise you.
you might end up with surgery.
i had a baby and i am experiencing the same thing with my stomach.
one thing that i have noticed helps a little, is using anti-wrinkle and skin-firming lotions.
i like the neutragina brand because its cheaper, and a little goes a long way.
after that much there might be excess skin so surgury might be the only thing
This depends on the person partially, younger people who don't smoke and take care of their skin will have better luck with their skin "shrinking" back into place. The problem is that once the skin is stretched to a certain point, it just won't go back, especially if you have had a large amount of weight loss. So if you have already lost the weight (congrats btw) and still have loose skin, then there is not much you can do to fix it besides surgery. Going to the gym may help, but it's not doing anything for your skin, it is building the muscle underneath to try and fill out some of that space that was once occupied by fat. Hope this helps!
CONGRATULATIONS ! That's fabulous! i don't want to say anything to disappoint you but i'm not sure how much lose skin you have and it probably will alwasy look like a little pouch. When i was a teen i lost 60 lbs. and my tummy look dlike i had a baby. it wasn'yt fat and too lose but it was a little chubby . after two kids it still looks the same. BUt crinches will help tones the muslce under neath and it wont sag as much. To really know the truth about you situation you have to ask a professional doctor who can assess by his eyes. Good luck that was a gtreat accomplishment.
