ok i started pilates and there is this one exercise were it tells u to Extend your legs straight with your feet together, your feet pointing toward the ceiling but i cant extend my legs straight towards da ceiling. Y and how can i?

because ur body isn't used to the position. Do what you can and each day try to improve. If ur knees are bent, that is because the muscles are not stretched enough to allow the knees to stay straight. Work on stretching aside from the pilates. Yoga helps.
