Wanting to slim without a diet?

got 5 weeks before i start back at school. what are some good excercises, things to eat/drink that wil help me slim down a little and tone up without going onb a full blown diet as i am not fat, just want to get fitter.

Well, you could start by creating a food jounal for yourself (noting everything you eat and drink each day). Then, after a week, look back at what you ate and see what things you could do without (i.e.: drink water instead of juice/soda, eat baked chips/crisps instead of fried ones, etc.)
You could also try to be more active. Try being active for 30-45 minutes each day.
EAT LESS
Do you have a bike? 30 min a day (go and see a friend)
Don't drink sodas.
