How much weight can you lose by eating only yogurt?


Question:
if i eat yogurt for 2 weeks straight; breakfast, lunch & dinner, how much weight do you think i can lose? i need to lose about 20 pounds and i heard that doing this makes you lose about 20-30 pounds in 2 weeks.

Only eating yogurt isn't going to provide you with all the nutrients you need. But yeah..if you did it you would lose weight. But its not healthy and you'd just end up gaining it back anyway. Then you'd probably start to yo-yo because when you lose weight without exercise you lose fat and muscle. Then when you gained it back you would gain back only fat. But in theory it would work.
I would so do that if I could lose 20-30 lbs
The only kind of yogurt I like is not plain! Read the labels. I would rather get my fat and calories elsewhere!

P.S. This is not a good diet for two weeks. Try the cabbage soup diet. Google it!
It's a good way to end up in the hospital.
I wouldn't recomend that diet. Instead, you should exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat about 4 to 6 small, healthful meals.
