How do I STOP COUNTING CALORIES?

Question:
I used to be calorie obsessed, and now I'm trying to live the normal life, eating whatever I want for breakfast lunch and dinner, but ALWAYS end up counting how many calories I had at some point in the day. I can't stop. Like, I always feel so bad if I've exceeded 1200 calories. HOW DO I STOP

Answers:
Count something else. I count protein grams.
If you want to stop completely, learn portion sizes so you know how much you should eat. Like a portion of meat = the size of your fist, etc.
you should stop eating
cuz thn it would always be 0
jkkkkk
ur supppose 2000
so 1200 is like ickyy
being calorie obsessed is perfectly fine! it just means that you are concious about what you eat. try to stay away form the unhealthy foods as much as possible!
You just need to make a commitment to yourself to stop. I stopped cold turkey back in february and it was the best decision I ever made. I hated feeling like the calories controlled me. Just try to eat foods that you don't know the calorie content of and focus on healthy eating: fruits, veggies, protein, carbs, healthy fats, and portion control. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. It is hard at first, but with time the counting will fade to a whisper. Good luck
