Question:
ok, I'm 4'11'' and 109.5 pounds and no, I haven't had a period yet (why is it soo late?). I have kind of chubby arms and an ok stomach. Whats my BMI and what can I do to lose the flab of my arms and drab of my tummy?

Answers:
Your BMI is 22.1 and it is good. But if your body fat is more than 25 percent of your body weight you are considered over weight. Other thing taken into consideration is waist. For men waist should be under 40 inches and for women under35 inches. It doesn't matter how tall you are. It depends on ethnicity. I know for asian indians waist should not be more than 35 inches for men and for women not more than 30 inches. Again doesn't matter how tall is the person.
Your BMI is 22.1, which places you in the middle of the 'normal' category - you're not overweight.
Your weight is normal.you can go to this site and see for yourself. http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/...
Your bmi is 22.1 you're fine.
dont worry about the fat on your body it doesn't matter
as for your period i don't know that is different based on age and stress.if you haven't had sex don't worry about it we all get it at a different age. the more you stress the later it is sometimes.
as for your weight i think you are a little over weight. im the same height and 100 pounds which the doctors say is perfect. if your doctor hasn't said ur over weight then maybe your not but you can still be the right weight and out of shape so just work out. i think you should talk to your doctor if you are really concerned .about both your concerns.
You're BMI is 22 which is normal and healthy. Not overweight, not underweight. Best to use light weights to tone up and sit ups. There's ton of DVDs or books that show specific exercises.
you have a normal BMI, but even doctors agree that it is not the best tool to use for calculating health for individuals. The system used to come up with the BMI is outdated and doesnt take into account that muscle weighs more than fat. If you are really concerned, your doctor can give you a better idea of your overall health that will be specific to you and your history, not just a number off a chart from years ago.
Use the healthy weight range and BMI calculator. You will get a better idea of your normal weight and whether you need to lose or gain weight.
