Roller blading, skating, swimming, avoid biking since it only works the outer leg muscles.
sqauts
at the gym theres a machine where you sit down and put your legs behind a bar then lift that bar with your legs(hard to explain).
or you can sit against a wall with no chair.
Squats, Lunges, Stair Climbing and Buns of Steel 3 are in my opinion the best.
