your better off drinking a sprite ((no calories and has only a sweetner!))
it makes you lose weight but dotn depend on it try fruit shakes with protein and fiber that will make you lose weight rapidly and try taking vitamins! that also really helps you lose weight

No, if you drink it within a limit you should be fine. A limit would be once a day. It's made up of bad stuff, just like any other sugar-free sweetened product, which wont make you gain weight, but might affect you down the road. This is if you drink more than like 3 a day.
diet soda drinks actually make you crave more. i don't know why, but if you think about it, it's probably healthier to drink regular soda. just because of what they put in it to make it diet. although, i've heard that if you drink a soda every day, you could gain 5lb a year!
