I'd rather take off 5 pounds.
A lot would depend on your height, of course. And also how fast do you want to gain that weight. PLEASE don't start overeating, especially on anything! Add a little extra to your meals, always keeping nutrition in mind, and never adding extra desserts or only bread!!
I take off 5 for the summer and gain 5 for the holidays.
