How much weight can i lose if i do this for 3 weeks??
Question:
field hockey-2hrs/5xweek
run-2miles everyday
jump rope-5 min 2xday
crunches-200 2xday
10pushups 2xday
(not very strong i know that is not many pushups)
run up and down stairs 3x2min a day
i am going to eat about 1000cal each day. is this healthy and how many lbs do you think i can lose? any suggestions??

You could lose 10-15 pounds if you stick to a high protein low fat diet and drink only water..
a good amount but 1000 calories is not enough... its starvation... i starve myself to lose weight.. it gives u headaches but it works
Ok, don't starve yourself. I've done it, because I was so concious about my weight. But, it's not healthy AT ALL! You need a certain amount of different types of food each day. I meant, you really aren't overweight at all. You are a healthy weight. But, you could prolly loose a good amount of weight by doing all that. But, how about you boost is up to about.. 1500, it's a little healthier than 1000 calories. Well, I hope this maybe gives you a little more knowledge on what to do.
According to a weight/height chart, the very minimum weight you should be for your height is 120...so consider if you should even try to lose weight. Seriously, we don't need any more Nicole Richies.
