Answers:
i know! 125 is too low, c'mon!
140 pounds is definitely a good height for 5' 7.
i mean, i'm 5' 1, and i'm 115. i feel fat like that as it is.
well, your weight sounds healthy enough :) hope this helped.
of course, you know, muscle and fat, bones and frame all count towards your weight.
It's average.
YES!!The highest for the average 5'7 person is 160 so you're defidently a good size for your height.
No.. You should be 125lbs at 5'7".
I think so
140 sounds like the perfect size, you might actually do well to put on maybe five more pounds.

And that other person is very wrong, you don't need to get smaller at all, your weight is great just the way it is, and as I said you might do well to add another five pounds.
I am 5'8" and weigh 140 but I also work out and box - it depends on your build and muscle mass. I would probably shoot for 135-130 unless you are athletic, in which case 135-140 is fine. I fight at 135 when I box, but it varies from person to person.
thats a perfect weight.
140 is a great weight for 5.7. even when i was 170 at 5.7 i felt good. i wouldn't go lower or you'll look deathly.
