High protein snacks/meals?

hello i have been a natural bodybuilder for 5 years now and when i want a snack its usuall beef jerky,canned tuna,protein shakes or peanuts.if you are getting your main meals (about six a day)from whole protein foods like fish,eggs,chiken,or beef you should be fine but beware a high protein diet will break your pocket book.So make sure that you are buying good protein(I use Beverly Iinternational,look them up)their protein is not that expensive and I promise its potent protein good luck
fish,poultry,eggs,lean red meat are all good
