I can't stand pms food cravings. they mess up my whole diet and I have to start again, what to do?

Drink plenty of water and fill up on something dietetically good before you give yourself something you crave. You will eat less of the "bad food" then.

when you get the crave grab a water and take a small walk..Listen to music to help get your mind off the food..That helps me..if it is still bad grab whatever you can and mow down,lol..
when you get a craving, go get some sugarless gum and chew it until you go to bed, your next meal, or you lose the craving.
We all have the same problem!
Here are some of the things I try:
Chew gum
Go far away from the kitchen, or food source
Go for a walk, or have a distraction
Drink water
Drink coffee (it gives me the caffeine I need, without the calories in chocolate)
I am reading a book "YOU on a diet" and it explains why we have cravings. I changed my eating habits recently and haven't been craving sweets like I usually do and my period is due in a few days. I am usually eating everything in sight right before it comes. I am only half way through this book but I recommend it !

Ive already picked the "Chewing sugarfree gum's.." gotta try that.
I usually do the "drinking water bit" it doesnt help much.
The best thing for me which works usually is sleep in early, so that i dont have to eat even after im full and i dont get those unnecessary cravings when im watchin what i eat, ye know.
And yea sometimes i do just have a bar of kit kat if i cant take it anymore LOL, alright goodluck and goodbye :)
Usually when dieting, your system goes through withdrawal...a withdrawal in a sense for the trigger foods you used to eat more freely. Those triggers are usually something salty, sweet, and/or crunchy. Try your best to find the best satisfying substitutes to take the edge off of those cravings. By searching health food/diet conscious websites on the internet you can find many, many new products available to you even in regular grocery stores. Some companies have come out with 100 calorie packs of popcorn, cookies, chips, pretzels, etc.. I know how difficult it is when you really want a cheese danish with your morning coffee to try to settle for a low carb waffles with fruit jam or lite syrup...but you do what you have to do and do the best you can.
