i dont usualy have dinner untill 7 becuase thats when my family gets home. How can i curb this hungerrrr ??

I think it is okay and actually good for your body to eat when you are hungry. The trouble is when we eat too much.
If one actually follows your body's hunger signals, eating when you are hungry, stomach growling, emptiness feeling, etc, and then stopping when you are satisfied-you could really eat whatever you like.
But in your case since you are following a low fat diet, you could just have a snack like a quaker granola bar, a banana or something small that will satisfy you until dinner.

You are less likely to get hungry when you have a ready supply of healthy snacks.
