Get off that diet extremely quickly. It is VERY bad for you. Your body needs a godd balance of protein, carbohydrate and fats. The normal percentages are about 20% protein (from good sources like fish, white meat, beans, soya, milk products, etc.) 60% Carbohydrates (from sources like wholemeals, cereal, brown rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.) and 20% fats (from polysaturates - good sources are olive oil and margarine etc.)
You need fresh vegeatbles, fresh fruit and a mulitvitamin with iron. Water is extremely important (at least eight glasses a day).
Stay away from refined sugars - like in your coffee and saturated fats (burgers, pizza, etc) and excercise is extremely important.
Throw that falsehood of dieting in the trash - Atkins is largely regarded in the UK as a complete catastrophe in terms of diet. And in its extreme, can lead you to real health problems.
All liquor turns to sugar no matter what.
