I'm hungry but only have tuna cans around?


Question:
I'm alone at home and starving. The only thing around is Tuna chunks in oil. Am not sure if I should be eating this kind of stuff.
Will it fill you up with fat?
It has a total of 16 gr of fat.

Please don't give me offensive answers, there's food in the house but it's very unhealthy (rivers of oil).
Am developing my abs and do not want to ruin my progress by eating unhealthy food.

tuna is very healthy for you ,the fat is omega 3 fatty acid wich can actually be for your skin hair and nails good ,i actually lost wieght on a all tuna diet around 10 pounds.
just eat what you want. it doesnt take an idiot to know that you EAT when you're HUNGRY. what are you anorexic!?
make a tuna sandwich and be done with it. live a little
my father is a body builder, he eat six cans of tuna a day, he is ripped and he looks amazing, he wins may contests and was in the newspaper for the fitness section. eat the tuna. your muscles feed on the oil in the food you eat, if you do not have enough your muscles will be dried and tare so fast and take longer to repair, meaning you will have to work so much harder to get the washboard abs you dream of, hope this helps
Yea, if you're hungry. but if you can try washing the oil off
i know it's kinda hard but if you want to eat healthy try to wash it off.

also try drinking lots of water, t sometimes helps me

16 grams is quite a bit. I'd avoid it if at all possible.

I'm on somewhat of a fish/chicken diet and canned tuna is a main staple, but mine is the Starkist Chunk Light canned in water. 50 calories, 10 fat cal, but only 1g of fat.
Open the can of tuna, put the tuna in a colander/drainer, wash it (no soap, of course) to rinse off as much oil as possible. Use a little bit of yogurt or low-fat mayo, pickle chips, and make yourself a yummy tuna salad. Good luck and enjoy!
Actually tuna is the best food if you want to stay healthy and keep your abs. Tuna has very high protein and low fat. You can rinse tuna with water to get the oil off.
Eat the tuna, the fat in it mostly comes from the oil, just do this-rinseand dry the lid, open it with a can opener and carefully push the lid into the tuna and turn upside down over the sink and drain the oil, push firmly to get all the oil out. Your tuna is going to be very dry, so maybe add some mustard or lowfat mayo.
you can work for ur neighbors! they will pay and u can buy your own food buy potatos and milk make mashed potatos. then buy some fruits and veggis. it will really help trust me i had the same problem
