Muscle Growth And Fat Lose?

Question:
So ive been gaining muscle by lifting wieghts, ive been ;osing fat cut cuittiong calories. will any of my muscle be eaten up for energy since im lacking it by eating less. or will my body just target fat?

Answers:
You honestly cannot have muscle growth and fat loss occurring at the same in your body. If you try to your going to get very poor results. It really comes down to either bulking up and making more muscle along with fat or cutting and losing fat along with a little muscle. If your cutting calories then your muscles won't have the nutrients or building blocks to grow.
yes they will. you need to eat more calories than you lose everyday if you want to see a good change in your body from lifting. so eat more everyday not less but make sure it is healthy foods not the bad stuff
no it wont , as long as you exersize your muscles anough to where theyre exhausted , your body will have no choice but to go to your fat because it will realize that you need that muscle . but if you dont keep exersizing , your body will then go to your muscle for energy . belive it or not , its easier for your body to break down muscle then your fat. try to do cardio exersize as well , it takes 15 minutes of exersizing for your body to start burning fat and not just the calories that youve consumed that day .
