Is it possible to lose weight everywhere except your boobs?

If you want to get rid of some bodyfat, then this does not have to be removed from your breasts.
Fat, weight, size, and shape, are each different issues. Each can be changed without affecting any of the others. Unfortunately there is a cultural obsession with weight, which causes a lot of confusion. 'Weight loss' is not the same as fat reduction. The idea that you cannot remove fat from a particular bodypart IS A MYTH. Fat is preferentially stored in the most immobile parts of the body, and removed fastest from parts that are in constant motion.
In a similar way, there is no such thing as 'exercise'. Different exercises produce different effects. Some movements burn fat (and nothing else), and others are powered by sugar. Now that Pilates and Yoga are well established, exercise 'experts' have stopped claiming that 'there are no exercises that can lengthen your muscles, or make them thinner' (another popular myth).
Some exercises cause more fuels to be stored ('local loading') and others stimulate the release of stored fuels.
Heavy exercise doesn't use up fat, so if you build up the strength of your chest and shoulder muscles, your body will not have any reason to remove fat from your breasts.
If you try to 'lose weight' by dieting, you will have no control over the energy-saving strategy your body adopts. You will lose a lot of muscle (if you have gained weight, some of the increase IS muscle, although you may be able to ignore it, because it is hidden under any fat that you do have). You may also lose some fat, from whichever bodypart can spare it the most.
If you take control of your body improvements, by increasing your fitness instead of starving yourself, then you can choose what improvements you would like to make.
For example, running will increase the bloodflow in the skin on your legs and hips (to release heat from the muscles there). More fat will be available from those sites, because of the increased bloodflow. But your upper body is also active; arm and waist movements are needed to balance the movements below your waist.
Recumbent Cycling (feet forward) allows your upper body to relax, so that less heat is generated there. Because there is less blood flowing through the skin, it is not possible for it to obtain as much fat from upper-body sites.
Selecting exercises for your lower body that will use fat as a fuel (gentle movements, done for a long time), while doing sugar-powered upper body work (short, heavy sets, with plenty of rest between sets and between sessions), will tip the balance in favour of fat removal lower down your body.
If you are losing weight while you do this, your breasts will still diminish, but to a lesser extent than they would if you were just running, for example. Ideally, you should aim to maintain your current weight, or gain some; the extra strength and endurance work requires energy, and muscle mass will be added to both your upper and lower body, and bodyfat will be released from the most useful sites.
Sorry to tell you, but you can't spot reduce. I sure wish you could!! But, especially since boobs are mainly fat, you'll definitely notice the loss there if you start losing weight.
Good luck however!
No ther is not a way to do that. You can not pick and choose where you want the weight to come off. I wish!
excercise?
use sliming pills(no seriously..those KILL..u could die after ..dont)
actually.dont have to lose weight unless someone called u fat or someting...
NO
Sorry, you can't pick and choose, unless your boobs are made of silicon? But certain upper body strength training can help lift things where they belong, if you work out evenly while loosing weight, you could stay in proportion.
No, except maybe if you have your boobs done.
No you will lose weight everywhere, you may not lose much from them, but you could try doing exercises that improve your top half.
You can tone up your bum and stomach using specific exercises. You might not necessarily lose weight, but you might gain muscle tone in the right areas whilst maintaining the fat in your boobs.
I do not think a BMI (Body mass index = weight in Kg/height in metres squared) of 22 is excessive. It is well within the normal healthy range.
It sounds like you ought to try doing sit ups and squats every day in addition to whatever else you are doing. Riding a bike is not particularly onerous on your upper body, whilst exercising the muscles in your legs and bum.
We are all on diets all the time. It is best to consider changing your diet to one which is more healthy. Also change it to one which you can maintain long term and enjoy.
I find that if you focus on removing saturated fats from your diet, you will make the biggest and most effective change you can to your diet.
Yep, the others are correct. 8.5 st is good for you, probably pretty sharp looking at that, but 9.5, (an additional 14 lb for the Americans), or 133 lb is too much. It is widely know that you cannot spot reduce. If you exercise without reducing your food intake, you will convert fat to muscle so your weight may not change much (muscle is more dense than fat so weighs more per cubic unit) but you will trim and tone your body.
Don't worry about your boob size, whatever you have will look just fine. Your personality counts for much more.
Yes, it is possible to lose weight and keep your boobs. I lost weight some years ago and also recently, and each time my boobs stayed a 36DD. I am very slim now and I don't diet, its just stress!! All that I eat goes on nervous energy!! I am now 8st.4 and am 5'4". You are really, for your height, a healthy 9st.5 as I used to be most of my life! I expect you look good anyway. Blokes don't really care for a skinny types they also love women to be voluptuous. Happy dieting.
Its pretty much impossible to loose weight in this differential way. Your boobs are one of the females fat storage areas, thus when you loose weight, so inevitably will they.
i wish there was hunny if you find the answer mail me cos I love my Boobs (",)
Try using weights for the rest of your body rather than cardio which will burn fat from every where.
