How many crunches should I do everysay to make my stomach smooth and strong (I need stronger abs) I'm pretty thin, but I still want to stengthen my upper body before school. How many should I do everyday to see results in a month?

Answers:
i do 50 cunches
then 100 jumping jacks
and then 20 leg lifts on each leg
3 timesand then an extra set of crunches
at the end, on top of walking eight miles a day
and im really strong and tones, but not like scary
O_o
hehe leg raises help strengthen your stomach and butt. (and legs obviously) if your a little slow thats 200 a day...
It is very common to see people doing 50-100 reps of ab exercises. However, performing that many reps makes the exercise more of an aerobics exercise than a true strength training movement. So it is best to keep ab work in the 15-20 rep range 3 sets 3 days a week will work.. The secret is slow concentrated movements
i do 300 hundred a day and it feels good
If you do crunches everyday, you won't see greater gains. You are over working the muscles and not allowing them time to heal. Try every other day. Make sure to focus on upper, lower and obliques. If you are going to concentrate on your stomach, make sure to strengthen your back as well.

Your muscles need 48 hours to heal.
well i don't knows how much you really suppose to do but i do 50
