Does not being motivated mean you don't want it badly enough?

I find that most people who quit after 2 weeks really didn't have a routine when they went into the gym. They putz around simply exploring the different machines and weights. Then by never actually deciding on what they planned on doing they drift away never thinking they failed because they never actually decided anything.
Go in with a plan that you will do 6-8 different exercises (3 sets of 5-20 depending on weight) and 20 minutes of cardio. Each of those exercises should focus on the body parts you want to tone.
Now that you have a plan set a goal. And with that goal have a reward. Your goal might be a weight to meet, to fit into a certain old piece of clothing, or simply showing up a certain amount of times that month.
After that it is simple just to fall into a comfortable routine of exercising.
My routine changes month to month mostly because I like to read the fitness magazines the gym has there. Each is packed with a lot of crap but one or two gems you can add to your workout.
try meditating for 15 minutes everyday. becarefull a few times while im meditating 2 hours had passed without me knowing it. this will keep you going to the gym and keep you motivated for the rest of the things you need to do in life.
