Depending on how much weight you want to lose. Follow a healthy diet and lots of exercise that will do the trick very nicely.

Follow a diet of lean meats, fish, vegetables, fresh fruit, low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, pasta, brown rice.

Keep away from cakes, biscuits, fizzy drinks, alcohol, sweets, takeaway foods, ready made foods. All are high in saturated fat, salt and sugar. Only eat these in moderation if you have to.

Cut down your portion sizes. Eat slowly. Drink lots of water. Exercise as much as you can.

This can be walking, running, swimming, cycling. The more you move the more calories you will burn.

If you follow this for month. You will be surprised how much weight you could lose.

u should just go on a diet and excersize its not that hard to do or go join a gym like curves or ballys
you can stop eating junky foods, such as BK and McDonalds(french fries and soda) cuz those things are bad for you. and make you gain weight fast. also, after you eat, take a short, brisk easy walk to burn off some calories. also, if you excercize -joining an arobics class, jogging around your house 3 times, you can lose fat and weight.dont take big snacks in between food courses...eating slim foods help too
just drink alot of water, eat alot of salads ( for snacks) and if you really like salad include chicken in it. Join a gym like : YMCA, Mademoiselle.

exercise. do strengh training AND aerobic .dont cut out the carbs totally cos when you finish and get back to eating " normally" you pile the weight back on even more. so keep the carbs in but do a diet which can be extended to fit in with your life after the desired weight loss. so basically eat sensibly.
