well u can drink only water all the time no soda also u can have salads healthy snacks r grapes and plums and oranges and apples. when u dont go to the ymca do housework around the house cause that burns calories and every day u should walk around outside for like 30 min. to an hour.
well i dont think eat is that big of a problem.dont eat junkfood or fastfoods at all. eat healty house food but not alot that ur like fully loaded lol and do ur excercies the way u planned it it should work...

If you are a guy, eat 1500 calories a day. If you are a girl then eat 1200 calories a day. Drink only water and tea, with no sugar. Exercise for 1 hour a day. I promise this will work. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
drink plenty of water and excircise. Oh and try like replacing junk food with salads , u will be surpised at how good and good for you they are. Also try like fruit salad they rock! hope this helped!
