You know what, 110 is fine for 5'1". If you want to lose some weight, eat plenty of fruits, veggies, yogurt, tuna, salad, healthy stuff. Stay away from pop, beer (if you do), or any type of fatty food (ice cream, candy bars, etc.) Don't eat as much bread either, you do need your 8-11 servings a day still, but don't eat too much since carbs can pack on weight. Also, when you eat, eat slowly so you fill up and don't eat as much. Keep up with your running, eat healthy stuff, and stay away from junk food (it's ok to have from time to time as long as you don't overdo it). If you want you can lift weights too. You aren't gonna get big and bulky like guys do, girls are different, muscle does weigh more than fat, but it's healthier to have and will make you look even better. Don't be in a hurry, just take it easy and you'll be where you want soon enough.
deal with it i am 150 and 3ft1 and u don't see me coplaining to compleate strangers(not, your fAT) u shouldn't of got fat in the first place do sports and stuff
Xenical works in your intestines, where it blocks some of the fat you eat from being absorbed. This undigested fat is then eliminated in your bowel movements. Use Xenical together with a reduced-calorie diet. The weight management effects of Xenical continue only as long as you are taking it.
Well, at least you're not at 80 lbs. and trying to lose 10 more! LOL Your goal is quite reasonable. I suspect there are a couple of things happening here. First, I think you need to keep a food diary for a week. Write down everything that goes into your mouth. Then add up the calories. You may be really surprised about what you are actually eating. Calories can sneak up on you when you're not paying attention. Second, running that much converts a lot of fat to muscle, which weighs a lot more than fat. The exercise and diet are both good, but the fastest way to see a difference is to add some yoga to your routine. You'll see a big change in your body shape in just a few days.
