Is it better to run before you eat or after?

Run before you eat and then eat shortly after your run to feed your body and speed recovery.
I think running before you eat is better because then your stomach doesn't cramp up and if you run after you eat... you may feel like throwing up and you probably will cramp up!
Okay this is total preference? most suchest eating 1 hour before you run? in order to give your stomach time to digest your energy? and avoid a stomachache, but it is up to u if i eat a big egg breakfast than run? I feel sick but if I have a couple bites of an apple so,e cottage cheese I feel great? after you may not feel very hungry becquse exercise curbs yur apitite, but as soon as you can eat some protin and fruit: replenish your glycogen (carbs in yur muscels) and feed your muscels with the protein!
It depends. I like to eat a little bit before jogging if I'm hungry b/c if not I'll start cramping and I won't have enough energy. Only when I'm really hungry though and Just enough to not be starving.
