Question:
i am not trying to lose or gain weight ( 5'8 about 130-135 pounds ) and i think i eat normal. for breakfast i have a bowl of cereal, for lunch i have whatever is in the freezer ( usually lean cusine or smart ones ) for dinner i have chicken and rice ( or something like that, whatever she makes ) and i usually have a cup of light ice cream everyday. i only eat the light kind because that is what she buys. am i eating enough? she says that she is concerened about me, but i think i am fine and normal.

Answers:
yes u r fine and normal thts three square meals a day my mom thinks the same about me, shes just worried for nothing ignore it.
Your diet sound quite conservative. Not too little not too much. I wouldn't wory about it.
It sounds like you're doing pretty good to me.
Well technically your suppose to eat 5 to 6 small protion foods per day to help maintain your energy level through the day.
Your fine, you eat the right amount of meals and you eat the right sort of food, you mom might just be concerned.
If she doesn't see you eat try eating a snack or two infront of her to show that you do eat and you're not scared of food.
i think you have a light appitite, but its perfectly normal. for a light stomach, you eat well!
I eat less than you and my mom's not worried.
So i would say, don't worry about it, you eat just right.
maybe coz ''Mom'' is spelt Mum
