10 points to best answer!! 2 points for answering. Serious please.?

Question:
Okay before I ask don't tell me it's not good to lose more than 2 pounds week. I know that already.

If I did a cleansing diet for 2 days everyweek and ate nothing for those 2 days but the detox then the other 5 days, I ate a healthy diet and exercised at least 30 minutes everyday. How much weight would I lose. When I met my goal weight I would eat healthy so I would not gain weight. I'm just doing this so my body doesnt go in starve mode and store fat it's only two days!! and I'm taking vitamins and detox stuff and lots of water!! Then eating healthy the rest of the week.

Answers:
if u starve yourself your body will cling to the fat i found that out the hard way
go on a website and find out how many calories your burning
15 calories for every pound you weigh would stabilize your weight so cut back that about 300 calories
Each pound of pure fat is 3500 calories
I think that is good, but on those two days, I would have a small and healthy breakfast, to start your day off. Like a fruit, such as an apple, peach or nectarine, banana, blueberries, strawberries, or grapes. This will give you some energy to start your day off, and it is a really healthy breakfast, yet still small. On those two days, I would also have a little healthy snack like your breakfast anywhere from 1-3 hours before you go to bed. Other than those two snacks, This is a fairly good way to go! I hope I helped.
You won't loose you'll gain. Your body will hang onto every drop you put in because it knows you are starving it.

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

What's the difference if it's four pounds or six or eight or ten? Do you feel better? Do you look better? Those should be your concerns.
First off, people are answering your question. They can read that you are only doing the detox part for 2 days. LISTEN they are answering your question. Second, everybody burns calories different. Every exercise burns a different amount of calories... So you are going to have to look up a calorie calculator that lets you enter your weight to get a more accurate burn count...
Please don't start a diet where it in involves starving for yourself for any amount of time. Especially if you are going to do it more than once. This can lead to serious eating disorders! You don't want to to end up with an ED trust me it's no fun and it's hell. Just cut out fatty, fried foods and sodas and eat in reason. Don't go to extremes please!
Don't listen to everyone who says "you won't lose you'll gain". If you don't eat you're going to lose. duh. But as soon as you start eatting normal you will gain though. I would say roughly 4-6 pounds per week.
