breakfast:cream of wheat or oatmeal with a friut
lunch:vegetable soup with a friut or fat free yogurt
snack:friut salad
dinner:2 chicken burrito with baked beans and tofu
dessert:frozen yogurt

so what do you think tell me what's wrong with it and what i should change about it!

I think you need more green food. And if you like fish,try that with a low fat sauce, just perfect for dinner or a small snack.
