If you didn't eat anything, but drank Diet Coke, would you gain weight?

Like, for a whole week of nothing solid, but just water and diet coke? Would you lost weight?

Answers:
No, cause it's carbinated drink, that causes wait gain.
You'd get very ill and feel like poo!
that is VERY dangerous, not to mention your body would be getting NO nutritional value.

if u do that , your body goes into starvation mode... i don't know why people who think if they don't eat, they won't gain wait.. the next time you eat, your body is needing the nutrients so bad, you GAIN weight to make up for that lost nutrition.

liquid diets need to be confirmed by your doctor BEFORE doing them, and they def. dont consist of diet coke and water.
You'd harm yourself physically. Diet coke is no calories (or 1, big whoop). You'd lose fat, but also a lot of muscle, which woudl be very bad. You'd get physically ill. You'd probably end up in the hospital.
ya, you problem would but you would problem get sick and weak also, not a very healthily way to loose weight. Just cut back on the junk food, and don't drink any soda because soda causes weight gain, and exercise and eat health and you will loose weight
nope, you would gain weight, your body would go into starvation mode and store every calorie that it could. You'd retain water and be weak, could possible dehydrate and have heart problems as well.

yes because you would slow your metabolism down so low that when you did eat you would gain weight. Want to lose weight?

eat small sensible meals 3 times a day and snack on smart things.keep your body burning small amounts at a time. Drink a ton of water, cut as much sugar and sugar juices and all sodas. Drink water. drink water. fill your stomach with proteins that fill you up...nuts, cheese, lean meat, peanut butter...etc

walk a lot, jog if you can, do isometrics to tighten the body parts or ride bikes a lot while thye weather is perfect.

sleep well. Good sleep keeps you from binge eating.

Be disciplined, believe in yourself. Eat.burn continue.
Are you aware that Aspartame was banned for years, before it was allowed to be used! Any pop is a bad idea change Diet Coke to water and you will be far better off. Of course you still would eventually die a slow death (remember Bobby Sands) Don't forget to treat your body right and Never Never eat at McDonald's or the like. The King and that Wendy character are just as Bad. So in answer to your question you would lose at of weight.
