Water just dilutes our toxins?


Question:
I read that the reason when we drink water our pee is less yellow is because the normal toxins found in our body are just diluted. But when our pee is more yellow, it does NOT mean that we are toxicated or unhealthy, it just means that there was no water to dilute the color. Is this true? That when we drink water, we aren't flushing out any more toxins than we would have without the water?

NO, the more water you drink, the more you urinate, the more you urinate the more toxins are released from the body. Water is an excellent way to purge out toxins. Another healthy way is to drink Cranberry juice, it also has a great puring affect and has the ability to remove deep seated toxins.

Anything the body does not need it just gets rid of in our urine. The more color is more of an indication of how much fluid we need to intake. Yes more water in will dilute the system including toxins. However, about 1 quart of water per hour not to exceed 12 quarts in one day will make sure the body is cleansed and hydrated. It is possible to drink too much water and your will pee out too much sodium. If your urine is light yellow or clear you are plenty hydrated, but if it is brown or dark yellow you need some more fluid ASAP. Hope this helps.

Where did you read this? By drinking water, we do flush out all the toxins. Toxins aren't good - you don't want them in your body. It's a good thing if your pee is pale in color.
TOXINS ARE POISONS AND LETTING THEM BUILD UP IS NOT A GOOD THING...YOU SHOULD DRINK PLENTY OF WATER TO WASH THEM AWAY...URINE SHOULD BE CLEAR THE ONLY TIME IT SHOULD HAVE ANY COLOR IS THE FIRST PEE OF THE DAY...
