Don't think about a diet, but call it a way of eating...more fruits and vegetables, less sugar and fat. Read food labels on processed package foods and make comparisons regarding calories, fat, sodium, etc.
Good luck and remember to love yourself the way you are. (There is always room for some type of improvement, but you have to like WHO you are before you can like HOW you look)
