Fat distribution?
Question:
It seems I'm skinny everywhere on my body (you might even see the outline of my ribs sometimes after not eating for along time) except for my stomach, where I kind of have a little pot belly.
I exercise and lift weights, but my arms are quite thin and my wrists seem like there's very little fat distributed there.
What can I do to distribute the fat from my stomach to other areas of my body?
Answers:
Stomach/abdomen is the last part of your body that shows result. I am not sure what your diet intake is, however, what the issue lies is over consumption of complex carbohydrates which results in the fat stores on the belly. Some of the sources of complex carbs are : Rice, bread, bagel, pasta. My recommendation would be is to eat those carbs in limited portion and try to choose the whole grain version rather than the white version to boost the nutrient contents. Choose the simple carbs like: Fruits, starchy vegetables like carrots-peas-potatoes (Sweet potatoes are better)-corn. These carbs easily dissolve in your body and prevent to get that belly fat.
Hope this helps. With the combination of your exercise, i gurantee this will help.
Good luck!
You can't distribute fat to other parts of you body. it's a genetic make up thing. to look even, you should lose the gut weight.

You sound like you are middle heavy/apple shaped. You can't change where your body distributes weight primarily but do a search on what to do for an "apple shaped" body.
