I would like loose 20 pounds I am 5'2 and am not over weight but I have gained a bit in the last few yrs and with me being short it ,at least to me makes me look a tad chubby.I only weigh 144.

An apple has about 60 to 80 calories in it, depending on size. For a post-workout snack, an apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter really hits the spot.
It should be very little. It doesn't make you gain weight but full and satisfying.
