I'm trying to get abs and I know you need to diet by eating 5 or 6 meals a day. But what size should the meal?

I have no idea how much I am supposed to eat.

Answers:
Well, it matters if u eat lots of junk food and big portions mean that you'd have to do longer workouts.On the other hand smaller portions less exercise. I eat a medium portion for breakfast,for lunch a smaller portion then for dinner a light portion so you don't have a full stomach before you go to bed.
200 calories if you're going by that.
