honey , all that is baby fat . you can start walking and join
some sport that you like . and drink alot of water and cut out
soda. check with your doctor before you start walking.

i lost 30 pounds in about 3 months...
the most important thing - excercise.. i hadn't exercised since high school and that was a BIGGG factor in my weight loss
then all i cut out from my diet was soda and fast food (which was harrrrd)
i didnt cut out any other foods except watched my carb intake more
i also started making healthier eating choices.
but exercise. daily. it will work.
This may sound funny but many people have a ton of success when they follow the same guidelines of a diabetic diet. Very healthy for you and you can find menu plans or schedules for exercise and things on the internet. Good luck to you!
