Know any streches or something I can do so I can strech my legs farther. I'm 14 and trying out for the cheerleading team subsequent year (tryout are March 4) and I'm going to the gym and walking about an hour a daytime and eating down but I noticed that I can't do the splits or that entry where you heave your leg up and grab it and when I strech I can't verbs my legs out very far. Any suggestion?
Answers: keep streching, the more you strech the more flexible you become, also try yoga
Stretching previously bed will help, try getting on ur bed try floppy your ankle spast the edge of the bed, I hold a full sized bed so that might help better the bigger the bed is, and I don`t know try lifting your toes up so u can soon reach the arch of ur foot:).
