well diet to be slim cut out all dairy products 4 3 months but take suppliments o.k :) goodluck

48kg is fine. I was that weight when i was 14.
I suppose if you really wanted to lose weight it wouldnt hurt to drop 5lb - 10lb but any more than that and you would be too thin.
