Is it from working out?
how many calories should a teenager have everyday?
and how long would it be appropiate to work out to burn dat amount of calories everyday?

I'd work out for a good half hour, get your heart racing good and fast.. that's always good for you.
YOGA IT works wonders.
The only wain to get more flexible is to do a whole body stretching routine on a regular basis. Some people do prefer taking a class, such as yoga as opposed to learning the routines themselves. Depending on your activity level, I would aim to consume between 2000-2500 calories per day, more if you are very active.
You should do some type of cardio for 30-60 minutes per day 5-6 days per week.
