well that depends if your frame is small. if your frame is small then your fine! and even if your frame isn't small and you're just a samll person then so what if you are healthy in what you eat and eat atleast a couple meals a day then your just fine! healthier to be skinny than big! so your okay!-=)))))lol double chins

Go to mypyramid.com and put in your weight, height, and age into the calculator and it will tell you if that is a healthy weight for you and if not what you should way and how many calories you will need. By the way start doing this and your life will never be the same. If you still live at home with mom and dad try to talk them into doing the same. It is a big change with the way your going to eat, but believe me you guys will not know what happened. All the energy you will have!
If you are healthy then you will most certainly be happy. Health has alot to do with someone feeling happy. If your not healthy how can your brain work right and all the other functions of the body. God didn't put us here on this earth with disease! He put us here with awesome bodies and requires us to take care of them so we can function at our one hundred percent best! Why? So we can serve and love him best and feel happy! God gave us all the perfect food to survive and live. Think about this for awhile and I think you will find your answer. You reap what you sow. If you eat the wrong foods and junk you will reap that later in life with all sorts of health problems. Don't be blinded by people saying that you are born with health problems or that it is in your genetics that you are overweight. That stuff is bogus!
Do this every single day!
First thing in the morning take a cup of distilled water and put 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (has to be uprocessed, organic, unpasteurized and raw with mother -paul bragg has some- and 1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey) Mix it together and drink. It taste great because of the honey. Do that every morning, at lunch, and before you go to bed!
1. In the morning eat only fruit. Fruit is cleansing and it will help cleanse your system. It has to be raw fruit. Not cooked or messed around with at all. Eat the whole fruit. Any fruit is good for you. I'd start with lots of bananas and oranges and stuff. Just be simple. Eating alot means like 2 or 3 of the same fruit and then another.
2. At lunch try to juice carrot juice and other vegetables. If you don't have a juicer, buy one at like Wal-Mart. Drink like 2 or 3 cups of carrot juice everyday at lunch. The more the better. Eat lots of whole vegetables. Not salad. You want to eat the whole vegetable. Like eat a whole green or red pepper. A whole thing of lettuce. A whole thing of spinach. The reason you want to do this is so you can keep tract of your calories, fiber, and protein. Eat the whole vegetable instead of slicing it up! It is better to eat whole! Who cares about eating with recipes and meals. Just eat food! Yeah it will be weird for you at first, but eating the right food is more imporant than making meals and all that. Eat a little avocado with your lunch. Don't forget your apple cider vinegar cocktail I mentioned in the morning. Also start eating raw eggs. Like 2 or 3. It will do amazing things for you. Don't worry about salmonella. It will not kill you and the chance of getting it is very rare and if you did you can cure it with in a few hours of taking good probiotics.
3. At dinner eat some nuts, seeds, and more avocado. You can also take more raw eggs if you want.
Additional notes:
Do not eat any grains. Before agriculture people didn't eat grains and people were healthy. So it is best to stay away from grains for now. Actually did you know grains is a good cause of diabetes! Wow is right! Alot of people can not tolerate them so dont worry. Also stay away from beans(legumes). Don't eat any meat and you guessed it.. not any processed foods and stuff. Only vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, raw eggs, raw milk(if you can find some), and raw cheese. Organic Valley has some raw milk cheese. You don;t have to eat the cheese or milk if you don't wanna. If you don't just make sure you eat alot of veggies and almonds that have calcium.
Pointers:
1. Buy some cod liver oil (mercola.com) which is an excellent source of the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA (also important for brain develoment) as well as vitamins A and D. Also drink pure water. Drink Fiji (walmart has it) , penta, evian. Drink anything that has is not tap and doesnt have all that junk in it. That will change your life I promise.
2. Think about buying some good b-complex, calcium, and other supplements you think you might need. Roex.com has some of the worlds finest!
3. Id take msm from roex.com too. Msm is the third must abundant mineral in the human body and we don't make it or get enough of it from our foods so it makes sense supplementing with it. It is amazing for you. Just look it up on the net and see for yourself.
