I am taking birth control pills and I would like to start taking hydroxyless will that mess up the pills?
Question:
Answers:
Don't take diet pills. The birth control pill messes with your natural system (I'm on it too) and if the diet pill is messing with it further, it just can't be worth it to damage your body to lose weight. Plus there aren't long term studies on diet pills...who knows what the use of them will do to your body years down the road. It's hard for me to exercise and eat well and most of my body issues have been resolved by just being happy with myself, love handles, belly pooch, and all.
Diet pills are not the way to go, really. When you get off of them, if you haven't learned to control your eating, you'll just put the weight back on.
Make a lifestyle change and stick with it...learn to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Then you don't need to throw money at weightloss pill companies who do not have your best interests at heart, just their own pocketbook.
Think about it. If diet pills were really that effective, there wouldn't be so many fat people...
