Now I am fixed to lose what is left and I will approaching to know, how long will it take me and at what mass will i start to look ripped. I don't eat tons carbs and sugars, and I drink a lot of green tea, I elevate weights for 2 hours and do cardy for 1 hours and go to the gym 6 times per week. Any advices or answers.

Answers:    I devise you are overtraining... training 6 times per week is too much... your muscles do not have time to rest and grow, you should train no more than 3 or 4 times (with weights) per week.... also if you are training your muscles and at duplicate time you are running / doing aerobic fitness this will reduce muscle growth as you are burning liveliness instead of putting on muscle mass
It sounds like you're doing everything right so far. Congrats on the progress you've made. For a few final tweak to your diet and/or workout, i would strongly recommend any of The Abs Diet books. These help me loose a few extra (25) pounds and go from a size 36 to 30 surrounded by about 3 months. The nutritional guidance in these books are the best I've gotten online or otherwise. They also hold workout programs to help you shed podgy faster. I strongly encourage my family connections and friends to read this book if they want to take their vigour more seriously.
Congrats again on the progress you've made and good luck near the rest!
