Best way to tone up and slim down in only *2 weeks*?

Don't give me any answers like *Take it slowly, don't do it the unhealthy way* blahblah. I only have 2 weeks and need to look awesome.. suggestions??

In addition to 60 minutes of cardio a day:

You could do ab circuits multiple times daily.
*100 crunches
*50 bicycle crunches
*25 leg lifts
*balance your weight on your right elbow (20 seconds)
*balance your weight on your left elbow (20 seconds)
*20 push-ups

Always keep your abs tight (even when sitting or walking)

Diet: eat foods low in sodium to counteract bloating of the stomach; eat healthy food all around

For arms, legs, etc. I use resistance bands, weights, and do squats and lunges.

Go on the Special K diet! Have it for breakfast and lunch.
Dont eat any sugery stuff!! No soda!! Try going for jogs.. not running..for 20 mins a day. If you have a normal metabolism you should loose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. If you take out white carbs you should be looking real good by then!

well the best way to "slim down" is eat right and exercise. if you exercise everyday like lets say twice a day for an hour (this could be running, sit ups, crunches, etc.) and only eat three meals a day instead of snacking throughout the day, you'll lose the weight you want and get toned fast.

Eat 5 to 6 times a day, 2 shakes, 2 snakes, good snakes and 2 balanced small portion meals. Count your calories exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes every day for the 2 weeks. Myoplex is a great sub for your shake w/ strawberries.
Snacks fruit or veggies or power bars before working out .
Run do push ups sit ups and what ever is fun for you.

1. Introduce weight training
2. Drink a little bit extra water on first 10 days. Then reduce it back to normal for the next 4.
3. Introduce an exercise of upto 30 minutes more than what you already do, 14 times in these 2 weeks.
4. Keep your calories in check, not more than 1900, not less than 1500. Or just keep away from junk food, and eat raw/unprocessed fresh vegetables and fruits.
5. Keep dairy and meat out of your diet for this time, unless you can do the calorie counting.

Applying all of these guidelines, you can lose ~8lbs in 2 weeks. Remember, some of it will be muscle loss which isn't really ideal to lose! (even though you probably know that.)

ONly one suggestion. Start 2 months ago. Any quick diet will help you to lose weight but it won't be healthy weight loss. You will have slack skin if you are very big and it can harm your health a lot. BUT IF YOU MUST. Diet with a vengeance. Cut calories in half and exercise like the devil. Twice a day for hours. Instead of food drink green tea and vita- malt and drink water then eat only one small meal a day. If its a full veggie meal even better if it must be meat combine it with lots of veggies and only 4oz or less of lean grilled or broiled meat. Chicken breast is good. Good Luck!
