I know cardio exercise can make your face skinnier, but can it make your nose skinnier too?

Answers:
no hun, sorry to tell ya, but thats cartilage. the only way of making that thinner is with surgery.

but why would you want to change your face? people should embrace their differences rather than always try to change them to fit 'society's' standards.

these days, everyone looks the same. to me, beautiful and handsome mean looking different. the people you see in magazines are not beautiful, they are average... because they look alike. beauty is having a quality or feature that sets you apart from the others and having the confidence to display it proudly.
nooooooo... that's genetics.
not possible
lol joking? Perhaps it can. . . . never thought about that....
No! Your nose is governed by the bone under it!
your nose is mostly cartilage with skin over it. the nose can not get any smaller except with a rhinoplasty.
The layer of skin on your nose barely has any fat beneath it. If you weighed like 500 lbs. your nose would stay the same size...it's mostly bone/cartilage!
contrary to popular belief, you can actually get a smaller nose naturally with out surgery. the shape may not change, but the size can. any woman who has ever been pregnant can in most cases tell you that their nose expanded right along with their belly. mine definitely did!
excercise does help because it causes the lymph in your body to flow more easily. lymph is a large reason some people seem to have puffy noses and in most cases that second or third chin. this is caused by backup of lymph. your lymph system does not have a pump like the circulatory system has, the heart. lymph is moved through the body by excercise or activity and by peristalsis, the muscular movement that pushes fecal matter out of our bodies. there are other ways that you can help this process along. you can jump lightly five minutes a day on a small trampoline and do lypmhatic messages. if you are lucky enough to have a professional in your area that does lymphatic drainage, i highly recommend it.
for a lymphatic message, you can go to a professional message therapist for the deeper treatments. for an at-home message, just put your hand palm down to your chest. the position should be the heel of your hand close to the breastbone and the fingers pointed toward the underarm. similar to putting your hand over your heart for the pledge of allegiance with your pointer finger resting on or just above your collarbone. let's say you are about to message the left side of your chest with your right hand, the heel of your hand should be resting on the breastbone with your fingers very close the underarm. move your hand in slow circular movements applying just a small amount of pressure. do about 15-20 circular movements on each side. after you have done this to both sides, use both of your hands alternating to make a soft downward stroke on your neck. the idea is to get the lymph moving. don't do this vigorously or with to much pressure.
another good way to do this is when you are in the shower, let the water, as hot as you can stand it, hit you on the upper chest area and neck. this can be good for your face too. not only can it help loosen up lymph, it can get your sinuses cleared up too. do the messaging excercise at least once daily and the shower idea as often as possible. you can even do light face messages, just make sure that your final few strokes are always down. i would not recommend this everyday because it will eventually make your face muscles look a little saggy.
in final answer to your question, exercise can make your nose look slimmer by helping the lymph to flow better. doing excercise in conjuction with lymph messages and so on will give the desired results.
