yes, their are many types of fats. some bad such as trans fat and some good such as the ones that come from fish oil which actually promote fat loss. The difference bet wen them is the rate at which they burned off by your body, so some fats take longer than others to burn off. I believe the suggested amount of trans fats per day is 1.5 g but I'm not absolutely sure.
