edit- You sound like the type of person who is going to spend the rest of their life trying Gimmick diets. Trust me you are just going to waste a lot of time and money. The only way to get results is to put effort into it, undoubtable someone will recommend "The South Beach" "The Zero Cal" "The Baby's Blood" loose 50 lbs in a week diet, but they are all scams.
in order to lose body weight and mantain a healthy lifestyle, you have to eat a healthy balanced diet. (fruits, veggies, protein, etc) and you have to burn more than you eat, which means you have to work out.
try what you hate you will find after you done it awhile you will like it
go for a 2 hour bike ride, stick to lots of veggies, and keep the pops and chips out of your house!

Eat food low in calories like egg white for breakfast. For lunch eat a piece of fruit and for dinner eat chicken or fish n veggies.
