Walking is the absolute best excercise there is. It's natural for your body, all you need is a good pair of walking shoes-try to walk at least 1 hr. a day.
when you get aids it won't matter anymore
First of all dont eat before you exercise and second of all walking or running works...
well maybe dont eat before u exercise and maybe cycling if u thgrow up even if u havent eaten anything
Steady walking is good. That's all I do, and it works just fine.
