Vitamins don't really help as much as you think. Your body ends up flushing most of the artificial vitamins out. Drinking green tea will help speed up your metabolism. It will also help keep your skin looking young and wrinkle free. You have to drink about 8--10 oz glasses a day everyday for it to be effective.

Vitamin B-50 helps alittle, but if you eat snacks (healthy and the right servings) your metabolism will be working all day and will keep working to work off the food. Its kind of like a workout for your metabolism..
