South Beach Diet.
I've had success with the Rice Diet. I've been on it for a year, and have lost over 90 lbs. It's basically a low-sodium, low-fat vegetarian diet. I also exercise daily. It's working well for me, and I plan to continue until I reach goal weight and maintain.
