Healthy snacks, foods for dinner and lunch. i am only 16 so i cant really manufacture expensive dinners, just swift to make dinners because i DONT cook. and for snacks...i am sure yogurt is a polite one, but will yoplait work?? I only really close to yoplait other yogurts i cant even swallow because i find them really gross.
ALSO, i have be working out almost everyday whenever i can...but i feel close to i have be gaining consignment and getting more fat later skinnier....i do cardio for 20 to 30 minutes depending on how much time i have...and usually lift up weights!
