I work out. my right pec is a bit bigger than my left pec. is that normal?

It actually is. I take it you're right-handed. Since that's the side you're stronger it's obvious it'll be more developed though it shouldn't be noticeable.My right arm is bigger and stronger than my left, for example.

To even out the both pecs, try doing chest press with dumbbells and try doing it at least 1 more extra set with your left side. Also, when doing bench press, lift evenly as to avoid having the right arm help the left one. Technique is very important when lifting weights in order to avoid injury and to create an even physique.
