60 minutes on a treadmill
30 minutes on an elliptical
drink 8 oz. or more a day of water
cut out junk food (meaning chips, cookies, candy, etc.)
cut out all carbonated drinks, even carbonated water and sodas, all sodas, including diet soda
don't eat at resturaunts, fast food or regular resturaunts, they all have too much fat and grease in it.

don't eat too much fast and junk food and don't snack constantley but if you like snacking try 100 calories packs they have tons of different snack packs that I'm sure you'll like because I do becasue of their great variety! Try fresh fruits and vegatables and if you think vegatabbles are too bland you can use that wishbone salad spritizers for vegatables in your salad or just vegtables by themselves. And salads are great because you can add fruits and vegetables too it.
